We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blueprint2Black subscription. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our service, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund
- First-time subscribers only: This refund policy applies only to your first month's subscription to Blueprint2Black.
- Request within 14 days: You must request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team by email at info@ccdr.ca with the subject line "Refund Request." Please include your full name and the email address associated with your Blueprint2Black account.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received, we will process it within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for your subscription.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that subsequent monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
